Applications

The Application Process is made up of several stages, some of which may depend on your financial circumstances.

All participants will need to complete the following:

  • Initial Enrolment Form
  • Application Form
  • Welfare and Medical Form
  • Medical Examination Form
  • Terms and Conditions
  • MASA Universal Grant Application

If you are going to apply for means-tested financial assistance, you will also need to complete the following:

  • UJIA Bursary Application Form
  • MASA Scholarship Application Form
