A letter from Rabbi Shoshana to RSY-Netzer madrichim

Dear RSY-Netzer madrichim,

When I return from holiday, I never quite know what I will find when I get back to my desk. What greeted me this year, however, were rave reviews about the RSY-Netzer summer programmes. Whether it was Briyah, Emunah, Reut, Atid, Karmiel Kaytana or Israel Tour, all I heard was what a wonderful experience the chanichim had. I didn’t even hear any complaints about the weather! So my only regret about this summer is that I wasn’t able to visit Shemesh personally to experience the energy myself.

We all know that a good summer experience comes as a result of the madrichim that lead the way. Thank you all for devoting your time, your energy and your passion to make this summer so successful. I only hope that the chanichim learn from your example and commit themselves to RSY-Netzer and Reform Judaism as devotedly as you have.

On behalf of the entire Reform Movement, I want to thank you for leading on camp and Israel Tour. We are so lucky to have such dedicated leaders. I hope to see many of you during the year, and of course, next summer.
