Application Information
We reserve the right at any stage to change dates, prices and content of our programmes.
- On receipt of the initial Booking Form and deposit, you will be directed to fill in a detailed Application and Medical Form online.
- These must be returned to the office.
- Your successful application with be confirmed by email on receipt of the Booking form. Places are allocated on a ‘first-come-first-served basis’
- As most correspondence will be via email it is VERY IMPORTANT that you identify the PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS to which your user name and password will be sent and then regularly check this email, as it will be the main channel of communication.
- Acceptance on RSY-Netzer Israel Tour is subject to attendance of the orientation day that will take place on Sunday 10th July.
Payment
- Full payment must be received by RSY-Netzer. (Invoices will be sent out prior to this date.)
- RSY-Netzer offers a £40 discount for every additional child attending a summer event.
Cancellation
- If a Participant wishes to cancel their place on Israel Tour he or she must contact in writing both the Youth Movement they booked through and UJIA Israel Experience UK. A Participant who cancels his or her place prior to the depsit deadline will be entitled to a refund less the Booking Fee. Ant Participant who cancels after the deposit deadline will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the following:
- 61 days + prior to departure date: 100% of monies paid less deposit and the Booking Fee of £75.
- From 31-60 days prior to departure date: 50% of monies paid less the deposit and Booking Fee of £75.
- From 15-30 days prior to departure date: 20% of monies paid less the deposit and Booking Fee of £75.
- From 1-14 days prior to departure date: no monies will be refunded.
