The online RSY Medical Form facility has now closed for Shemesh 5770.

Please put any changes in writing to deborah@rsy-netzer.org.uk with your child's name, camp and the words "Medical Update" in the subject line.

Madrachim need to contact Deborah on 0208 349 5662 to obtain a paper copy of the form and return it to the office by return.
