The online RSY-Netzer Medical Form facility is no longer available on-line.

Please put any changes in writing to admin@rsy-netzer.org.uk with your child's name, camp and the words "Medical Update" in the subject line.

Madrichim need to contact Alma on 020 8349 5681 to obtain a paper copy of the form and return it to the office by return.
