What global problems should we prioritise?

In a lecture that can be found here, Bjorn Lomborg argues that climate change should not necessarily be prioritised above other competing concerns. In a gathering of some of the world's foremost economists at a summit called the 'Copenhagen Consensus', global issues were addressed ranging from malnutritution to malaria, from climate change to water sanitation. The important part of their analysis was that they not only looked at how grave the problem was, but also how effective current available solutions are for those problems.
